    I have pretty much cooked this book cover-to-cover. They are the freshest, most delicious recipes, some of my absolute favourites, using all fresh, every day ingredients. As we eat grain free and mostly dairy free, I have found substitutions very easy to make also. My partner also loved the fresh and healthy dishes, so clearly they are excellent for hearty appetites too. Love the pretty photos in the book and challenge f each time to make my Bliss-full Bowls creations pretty too.

    Bliss-full Bowls is a wonderful little cook book . The recipes are easy , healthy , economical and full of colorful fresh ingredients . You feel contently full after each meal , without the heaviness of processed foods . Highly recommended !

    As an owner of all of Michelle’s books, I was excited to try Bliss-Full Bowls. What delicious recipes! She’s made it so easy to eat clean whole foods, I’ve stopped counting calories and am feeling wonderful from putting just plain good food in my body. I definitely have my favourites and my son excitedly picks his recipes out too!

    You won’t regret Bliss-Full Bowls. Made my first two bowls ‘Under the Sea’ and ‘Sunny Side Up’, both were delicious and easy to make. Michelle makes healthy so easy. The hardest thing is deciding what to make next!

    I had the pleasure of trying most of these recipes and I can honestly say that they are all amazing . They are simple, easy and extremely tasty recipes. Each one is packed full of goodness. Fresh wholesome food bowls to suit everyone’s palate. It really proves that healthy, dairy and gluten free foods do NOT have to be boring . This is one of the most exciting recipe books I have ever used!

    From the first look at the gorgeous pictures I was hooked! And then I started cooking the recipes and they tasted amazing! Easy to follow, easy to make and easy to adapt, these bowls are delicious and even the pickiest eaters are gobbling them up in our house!
